11:05am, BNA: The attractive-ish guy I was judging for laying across several seats just agreed to take the photo of two older ladies, and even recommended a change of position to get better light. They're two friends and one from Iowa came to Nashville just to help her friend move to Santa Cruz. It's adorable. 

2:45pm CST: I can't stop thinking about how Michael Jackson's We are Here to Change the World,  Kool & the Gang's Celebration, David Bowie's & Bing Crosby's Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy, and Joni Mitchell's Both Sides Now all have the same chords. 

7:15pm PST: We've been here 4 hours and our ears haven't popped yet. Send booze and home remedies. 

8:22pm PST: I might die if I don't go to bed soon. Also, I'm old.
